We are Floral Xpression. We are not an online florist. We are an online flower shop. We work with the best florists in Los Angeles and bring together their best flower arrangements and signature designs to you. We take out the work and hassle of researching florists on yelp, google and social media by bring them and their best flowers together in one place. Leaving you with the convenience to just order the flowers that you like.
We work with the best florists and the best flower shops that specialize in all occasions. Whether it be a birthday, anniversary, or just because, we have the flowers to make it special.
How are we different from the competitor?
Our competitors are online florists and only provide their flower arrangements to the customer. When the customer purchases a flower arrangement that order is sent to the nearest flower shop from the delivery destination and that flower shop will make and deliver that order.
Although this provides convenience it lacks creativity and uniqueness. sometimes we get tired of see the same flower arrangements again and again. And there’s nothing more embarrassing than realizing that the flowers that you sent to your loved one is not unique and special as you though it would be; it looks just like all the other arrangements they received and just like the arrangements a friend or neighbor received. A gift that’s supposed to be so special becomes average and ordinary.
That is why we work with the local florists to bring their creative, unique and special flower arrangements to you. In mother nature everything is one of a kind. No two roses can ever be exactly the same, so why not gift a flower arrangement that’s as special as your special someone.

You can request a time frame for your delivery to be made on the special instruction box when placing your order. We will do our best to make sure that your delivery is made on time.
What Happens if No One is Home?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made we will contact you, unless special instruction is given to leave the flowers at the address. If we are unable to get in contact with you we will call the recipient to receive specific instructions. If we are unable to reach either you or the recipient the flowers will be returned back to our head location. The recipient will be contacted before a second delivery is made.
OUR SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All of our floral arrangements and bouquets are made by hand, by expert floral designers, with the freshest flowers and best quality nature can make. For this reason no two arrangements could ever be 100% the same. Often times, due to the season, weather conditions, and availability the floral designers will make substitutions of equal or greater value. They may also substitute the original colors of the arrangement with similar colors. However, they will keep the overall size, shape, style and color combination of the arrangement similar.

Arrangement Care
Since our arrangements are made with the freshest flowers minimal care is needed to maintain the arrangements.
For fresh water arrangements always keep the vase filled to the top with clean water. There is no need to add anything else.
For basket, box or vase arrangements keep the floral foam saturated by adding a handful of ice cubes to the arrangements every other day.
Keep your arrangements in a cool place and away from direct sunlight. Keep away from heating or cooling vents, fans, and radiators. Some flowers will last longer than others. To keep your arrangement looking fresh, simply pluck fading flowers off the stem.
How long do your flowers last?
With the proper care flowers typically last between 1-2 weeks.
How do I know if my order has been delivered?
You can always send us an email or call us to check the status of your order.

Where are the floral arrangements from?
We work with different florists that provide the arrangements. All of our box arrangements are from our exclusive provider, Mariam's Flowers.
How to delivery to the hospital?
We will happily delivery the flowers to your loved at the hospital. To delivery to the hospital you must provide the hospital name, hospital phone number, the recipient's name, room number and ward.
Do your prices change?
Yes prices will change due to holiday peaks.
