How are we different from the competitor?
Our competitors are online florists and only provide their flower arrangements to the customer. When the customer purchases a flower arrangement, that order is sent to the nearest flower shop from the delivery destination and that flower shop will make and deliver that order.
Although this provides convenience it lacks creativity and uniqueness. sometimes we get tired of see the same flower arrangements again and again. And there's nothing more embarrassing than realizing that the flowers that you sent to your loved one is not unique and special as you though it would be; it looks just like all the other arrangements they received and just like the arrangements a friend or neighbor received.
